If you are happy with this preliminary quote you can submit your job for translation. Fill out your name, company (where applicable), email address, phone number, address and any other additional instructions in the second form.

Attach the file you wish translated. Files should be in any modern file format, such as: Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint; Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator; QuarkXPress; Apple iWorks Pages, Numbers, Keynote; Flat Text (.txt); Rich Text (.rtf); PDF; etc. Please ensure file is smaller than 100mb in size, please contact us directly regarding larger files.

Click submit and wait for file to upload — this may take several minutes depending on the size of your file.

You will receive an email straight away detailing your translation's Snasta Job ID. Once your details and file have been evaluated by us you will receive an email with a final price. We will not start translating the document until you have accepted this price.

Using your Snasta Job ID you can sign into our Client Area or ring our automated help line to check the status of your translation at any time.
