Items sold on the Snasta website are sold as described. In the case of software, it is your responsibility to ensure that your computer complies with the minimum software and hardware requirements before purchasing. If for any reason software purchased on the website fails to work on your computer even though it complies with the minimum software and hardware requirements as described, a refund will be issued up to 15 days after purchase. Nothing contained in this document shall affect the statutory rights afforded to the consumer under, but not limited to, the Consumer Information Act, 1978 or the Sale of Goods and Supply of Services Act, 1980. Distance selling "cooling off period" is seven days under Irish law, and thus any cancellation notice must be received within this time frame.
